Layla is one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you visit NorthLife. With more than seven years of customer service experience and four years in front desk coordination, she enjoys helping patients feel welcome and making each visit run as smoothly as possible. In addition to working with patients, Layla assists with injections and helps create NorthLife’s social media and educational content, combining her love of creativity with the aesthetic industry.

When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll usually find her spending time with family and friends, working on a knitting project, discovering new restaurants, or hanging out with her puppy.
